At Projexdisplay, we prioritize seamless shipping experiences within the USA. Please note that order processing times are distinct from shipping times displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. You'll receive a notification upon shipment.

Shipping Options: Air, Ground, Freight

 Order Processing Time: Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST Monday-Friday for in-stock items will ship the next business day.

Shipping Notification: Customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number once the item has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time: Ground orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Freight Shipping: Some dimensionally oversize items may require freight shipping due to carrier restrictions.

Shipping Details:

 

Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.

Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

Item Availability: Most in-stock items ship within 2 business day if ordered before 1:00 PM PT. Out-of-stock items will be shipped once they become available using the selected shipping method.

Delivery Restrictions: Delivery times are based on item availability and apply to shipping within the continental US (48 states).

Shipping Services: UPS Air and Ground services are available within the continental US (48 states).

Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available.

U.S. Orders:

 We ship only to the credit card billing address. For alternative shipping arrangements, please contact us.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

International Orders:

 We currently do not offer international shipping services.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 We do not accept returns; kindly refer to our Refund and Return Policy page . Contact us immediately for damaged items. We address these cases on an individual basis.

Our commitment is to replace or repair damaged items as necessary. It's vital for purchasers to thoroughly inspect all shipments upon arrival for any signs of damage during transit. Should you discover any damage, kindly refuse the shipment or ensure the truck driver waits while you inspect. Failure to do so may impact our ability to provide assistance. If unable to inspect immediately, please mark the package as damaged before signing for it and retain the box for further review. For items left at the door, promptly contact the carrier within 24 hours to report damage and initiate a claim for replacement parts.
